1. No returns possible<\/h2>

Due to the nature of the products sold \u2013 such as stickers, bookmarks, key rings, postcards and prints<\/strong> \u2013 purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged<\/strong>.<\/p>

These products are artistic in nature, often created in short, limited editions, and are handmade or semi-handmade. Therefore, pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal in respect of: <\/p>

  • items prepared according to the customer’s individual needs (e.g. personalized prints),<\/p><\/li>

  • products of an artistic, collectible or limited edition nature.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Complaints<\/h2>

    Regardless of the impossibility of returning the goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint if the goods:<\/p>

    • arrived damaged,<\/p><\/li>

    • has manufacturing defects,<\/p><\/li>

    • does not match the description or order.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      In such a case, please contact us immediately by email at [help@cierpkiejagody.com<\/strong>] and attach photos showing the defect or damage. We process complaints in accordance with applicable law. <\/p>

      3. Receiving the shipment<\/h2>

      • Please check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier\/postman.<\/p><\/li>

      • If any damage is found, a damage report should be prepared.<\/p><\/li>

      • The lack of a protocol may make it difficult to process a complaint regarding damage incurred during transport.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
