Return of Goods Policy

1. No returns possible

Due to the nature of the products sold – such as stickers, bookmarks, key rings, postcards and prints – purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged.

These products are artistic in nature, often created in short, limited editions, and are handmade or semi-handmade. Therefore, pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal in respect of:

  • items prepared according to the customer’s individual needs (e.g. personalized prints),

  • products of an artistic, collectible or limited edition nature.

2. Complaints

Regardless of the impossibility of returning the goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint if the goods:

  • arrived damaged,

  • has manufacturing defects,

  • does not match the description or order.

In such a case, please contact us immediately by email at [help@cierpkiejagody.com] and attach photos showing the defect or damage. We process complaints in accordance with applicable law.

3. Receiving the shipment

  • Please check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier/postman.

  • If any damage is found, a damage report should be prepared.

  • The lack of a protocol may make it difficult to process a complaint regarding damage incurred during transport.
