Store regulations
§ 1 General provisions
1. The “cierpkiejagody.com” online store operates at: www.cierpkiejagody.com and is run by [Julia Czuchryta].
2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, and fulfilling sales contracts.

4. All prices listed in the store are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish złoty.
§ 2 Definitions
1. Client – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the online store.
2. Seller – właściciel sklepu internetowego “Cierpkiejagody.com”.
3. Commodity – products offered in the online store.
4. Order – declaration of will of the Customer, aimed directly at concluding a sales agreement.
5. Consumer – Customer who is a natural person, making a purchase for a purpose not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.
§ 3 Placing orders
1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store’s website.
2. The customer is required to provide correct data when placing an order.
3. Order process:
1. Selecting a product and adding it to the basket.
2. Filling out the order form.
3. Confirming the order and accepting the regulations.
4. Making payment (in the case of choosing online payment).
§ 4 Payments
1. Available payment methods:
– Traditional bank transfer,
– Online payments (e.g. PayU, Przelewy24, PayPal),
– Cash on delivery.
2. Payment should be made within [e.g. 3 business days] of placing the order, unless cash on delivery has been selected.
3. Failure to pay within the required time may result in the order being canceled.
§ 5 Delivery
1. Delivery is made within the European Union via [courier, Poczta Polska, InPost parcel lockers, InPost courier].

3. The order processing time is 1-2 business days from the moment the payment is posted.
§ 6 Complaints
1. In the event of product defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on the provisions of the Civil Code on warranty.
2. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the company’s registered office address or by e-mail.
3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
4. If the complaint is considered justified, the Seller will take action to repair, replace the goods or refund the funds.
§ 7 Personal data
1. The Seller is the administrator of the personal data of the Customers.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling orders, conducting customer service and marketing activities.
3. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it and request its deletion.
4. Detailed information is included in the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.
§ 8 Final provisions
1. The Regulations enter into force on the day of their publication on the store’s website.
2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations, but the changes do not affect orders placed before their introduction.
